Refunds
We offer premium quality products, however, if you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.
Our return policy is valid 5 days from receipt of shipment. All returns must have a receipt or proof of purchase and you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) by contacting us via email (info@ribboncanada.com). No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
If a return is for a reason due to a mistake (made by us) or manufacturer’s defect, the return shipping expense will be paid by ribbonCANADA. All other authorized return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Sales are final (no refund or exchange) on FDA (Food and Drug Administration) products, discounted, sale, seasonal (including but not limited to Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah) or discontinued items.
Item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that it was received.
Any item not in its original condition will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all orders that are returned on the customer’s behalf, and are valid items for return.

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
If all return conditions are met, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
