How much does shipping cost?

Below are our shipping rates for Canada. We welcome U.S. orders or inquiries. Please contact us directly at sales@ribboncanada.com.

* Shipping costs may vary or subject to change. Some restrictions may apply.

* Shipping rates based on standard shipping. Standard shipping rates do not apply for remote locations in Canada. Couriers define remote locations as towns far from the courier hub or towns infrequently served by courier. If your address serves as a remote location, we will provide you with a shipping quote.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

1-3 business days for stock orders

2-4 weeks (approximately) for custom-printed ribbon or back-ordered items

During our high season (September 1 – December 31), processing and shipping times may be extended. 

What shipping company do you use?

We use a variety of couriers, depending on which one can get it to you the fastest and at the least cost. The companies we use are Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, Purolator and UPS.

What happens to back ordered products?

A member of our customer service team will contact you if any of the products ordered are not available. You will be given an ETA and can decide if you would like to cancel the backordered items or have them shipped once available. The backordered items are subject to a secondary shipping charge.
