Im a first time buyer. I ordered 11 1.5  single faced satin ribbon,fast delivery customer service was a really good help when placing my order which I appreciate. I received my order 10 of what I ordered was perfect except for one, the material is different and it is also a bit smaller in width than the others. I sent an email with photos and asked how I would go about getting a refund and was rejected. The reply was " What you have received is the Double faced satin which is better quality and more expensive that the SFS.We have shipped you this instead as it is not available in Single face satin. We can't do the return policy as we have substitute your order with better quality and doesnt have defect." I appreiate the fact that they substituted the ribbon without asking me and   I love the ribbon except the one that looks different feels different and is acyually smaller in width than the others.
